Surroundings

There's something about being surrounded by like minded individuals that just makes me want to do and be the very best that I can! I'm in awe of people who work from the ground up and build something incredible on their own or with the help of an amazing team! I'm in awe of people who make sacrifice after sacrifice because they see the BIGGER picture! I'm in awe of learning from these people AND growing with them because leaders develop other LEADERS, not the other way around.
