One thing is for certain, my body fluctuates between 10-15lbs every year, and you know what, I'm ok with that.

Years ago, I body shamed the crap out of myself! I always felt I wasn't "thin" enough or ripped enough...whatever! I just remember not liking what I saw in the mirror constantly! I would workout 3x a day eating very little in hopes to somewhat appreciate what was staring back at me. My relationship with fitness at the time was very unhealthy!

Fast forward to this present day and I absolutely love my body whether I'm up or down! I've learned to take care of myself from the inside out, and when I did, EVERYTHING changed for the better! I developed a healthy relationship with nutrition and exercise & absolutely fell in love with the lifestyle so much that it's now my career! -

We as people will never be/look perfect. We all have flaws. Embrace who you are, AS you are! Always strive to be the best version of yourself continually working on yourself inside and out. There is only one YOU, be good to that person! Blessings!
